Ideal option for members of the general public who want to learn CPR in an instructor-led environment and do not need certification. Does not include AHA Roster-filing and Certification Card. (Class size of three or more students required).

What you need to do, to prepare for the class.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have any physical conditions that might prevent these activities, please tell me. I may be able to adjust the equipment if you have back, knee or hip problems. We will use powder free vinyl/nylon gloves.
We ask that you refrain from smoking until class is over. Remove any lipstick and wash your hands before handling manikins. Also refrain from eating while working with the manikins. A barrier device well be available and should be used when directed. In addition if you have any type of infectious disease, such as an upper respiratory infection or open scores on your mouth or hands, it is asked that you defer manikin practice until you are well.
